Sunetha Policies & Information
Your check-in will be handled at the SUNETHA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT office located at 56 Talisman Drive in the Village Center. Check-in is after 4 p.m. Check out is 10 am. Our office is open Monday through Sunday 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m. please call for a lock-box combination to get your map and keys for your unit (s). There is a $10.00 charge for lost keys.
DIRECTIONS: From the east, come through Pagosa Springs on Hwy. 160. Turn right at Talisman Dr. just past the Pagosa Springs Inn and Suites, between Citizen’s Bank and McDonalds. Make an immediate left, then right into The Village Center parking lot. From the west (Durango), watch for the “Shell” and the “Texaco” service station on your left. Turn left at the next intersection that is Talisman Drive.
AMENITIES: As a guest of SUNETHA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, you are invited to enjoy the Recreation Center. There are a couple of rate options from which to choose. You may also purchase a fishing permit for a number of the area’s private lakes.
AREA ACTIVITIES: There are a number of activities available in the Pagosa area for your enjoyment. Summer activities include river rafting, hot air ballooning, fishing trips, nature and arts and craft classes. Winter activities include snowmobiling; ice fishing tours; country sleigh rides to name just a few. Please call (970) 731-8060 for more information and prices.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 30 days notice prior to your scheduled arrival date. Should you fail to cancel under these guidelines, you will forfeit your Advance Deposit. Cancellations of greater than 30 days prior to arrival you will be charged a $50.00 fee.
MAID SERVICE: If you require maid service, we can make arrangements with the housekeepers for you. Wood can be purchased during the winter months.
FULLY FURNISHED: Our units are equipped with cooking and eating utensils, plates, glasses, cups, etc. We do not, however, provide condiments such as salt and pepper, sugar, coffee, or paper supplies such as coffee filter or paper towels. Please treat these accommodations as you would treat your home. You will be responsible for missing or broken items.
PARKING: Because of limited space in the condo parking lots, the condo associations do not allow trailer or RV parking.
GENERAL INFORMATION: All of our units are individually owned and decorated to the taste of its owner. You are renting the unit as is. We try to keep all of our units in the best condition possible.
EARLY DEPARTURES: When you reserve a unit we have no means of renting that unit at the last minute. Reservations are taken far in advance. Therefore, we do not refund any portion of the rent should you have to leave early.
CHANGE IN UNIT ASSIGNED: Sunetha Property Management reserves the right to move any individual to a comparable unit at any time.
Telephones are restricted to local calls and 800 numbers only.
Some units are non-smoking. Anyone smoking in a non-smoking unit will be charged for ozone treatment.

PRIVACY POLICY:
" We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may
collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We
also automatically receive and record information on our server logs
from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the
page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable
information to anyone." (and so on...) Or, if they do pass along
personal information for whatever reasons, they would state this
instead. This policy should be tailored to how the merchant intends to
use the information they are given.
SECURITY POLICY:
"Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best
software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts
all of your personal information, including credit card number, name,
and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet." (etc.)
BROKERAGE DISCLOSURE TO RENTERS/OWNERS
SUNETHA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, INC. is representing the owner of the property that you are renting. Sunetha works solely on their behalf and owes duties to the owner, which include the utmost good faith, loyalty and fidelity. The broker for Sunetha will negotiate on behalf of and act as an advocate for the owner. Sunetha will disclose all adverse material facts concerning the renter’s financial ability to perform the terms of the lease. |
