CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
Check-in will be handled at the SUNETHA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT office located at 56 Talisman Drive in the Village Center. Check-in is after 4:00p.m. Check-out is 10:00 a.m. Our office is open Monday through Sunday 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m. please call for a lock-box combination to get your map and keys for your unit (s). There is a $10.00 charge for lost keys.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Each unit has a limit on the number of people it sleeps. This includes children. Please do not occupy with more that the unit is rated for.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
All bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation and full payment is required upon check-in.
CANCELLATION
We require 30 days notice prior to your scheduled arrival date. Should you fail to cancel under these guidlines, you will forfeit your Advance Deposit. For cancellations of greater than 30 days prior to arrival, you will be charged a $50.00 fee.
MAID SERVICE
If you require maid service, we can make arrangements with the housekeepers for you. Wood can be purchased during the winter months.
DAMAGE
Please treat these accommodations as you would treat your home. You will be responsible for missing or broken items. A credit card imprint will be taken at check-in and will be charged for any damages or missing items. Your rental unit will be inspected as soon as possible after departure, and you will be notified should damage or missing items be found.
PETS
Pets are not allowed except with owners permissions.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in any units.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RIVERS EDGE AND VILLAS PROPERTIES HAVE POLICIES DIFFERENT THAN THE ABOVE. THE POLICIES FOR THESE PROPERTIES ARE SHOWN UNDER THE UNIT DESCRIPTIONS.
