“Pop’s Dream” is the perfect condo for your vacation needs. This condo is less than 10 minutes away from  the National Forest, giving you access to the many hiking trails, waterfalls, abundant wildlife,  or just the opportunity to embrace the amazing scenery of our Rocky Mountains.  This condo borders the Pagosa Springs golf course. The Pagosa Golf Club offers you a public course to enjoy and perfect your golf game. This condo is in the Pagosa Lakes area allowing you access to the five private lakes reserved for the homeowners and their guests. Four of those lakes are stocked regularly with trout, large-mouth bass, crappie, bluegill, catfish and jumbo perch. Wolf creek ski area is 27 miles away, and the famous Hot Springs 4 miles down the road.  During the summer months, you can sit on the back deck and watch the golfers, enjoy the day on the course. During the winter months, this condo has the best sledding hill right behind it, perfect for those days when you want to stick close to the house, but still enjoy the snow.
 
This condo is a bi-level unit with an attached one car garage. The main floor has the living room, kitchen dining area, and a ½ bath. The living room offers a comfortable seating area by the fireplace, a flat screen TV with DIRECT TV, and WIFI allows you to still be connected. The couch has a queen sofa sleeper, allowing this condo to sleep 8. The kitchen is nicely set up to ensure you the ability to prepare meals for your family and friends. The three bedrooms are upstairs and all have queen beds. The master bedroom has its own private bath, and the other two bedrooms share the other full bath. All bedrooms are equipped with their own TV’s. The back deck is spacious and has lots of room to BBQ and enjoy the solitude of the mountains.

Christine and Nancy are incredibly nice ladies. Both greet with a smile. The check-in and out was so easy, the directions and accommodations were spot on. We only called once to check on the internet connection, but realized the service was down due to heavy snow. They called back right away to let us know they had called and checked. Very friendly and helpful.
Property
I can't say enough. The property was perfect. Very clean and welcoming. You can certainly tell the owners of the townhome take good care of their home. Really the only thing I can say that we were bummed about was the fact that our truck wouldn't fit in the garage. We drive a standard size Ford F150, but we were about 6 inches too long. The garage would have been a great feature. Otherwise, perfect.
